Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At CodeGPL Marketplace, we provide access to GPL-licensed digital products through a subscription-based model. By subscribing, users gain access to a wide library of digital resources. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Refunds on Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds on subscription plans once payment is completed, as access to all files and digital products is granted immediately after payment. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of downloads followed by refund requests.

2. Exceptions for Valid Refunds

We may issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing the platform or downloading any products within 24 hours of payment.
  • Your subscription was auto-renewed unintentionally (must request within 48 hours of charge and you must not have downloaded any files).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after subscribing.
  • You did not understand the GPL license or mistakenly expected commercial support.
  • You subscribed expecting specific products which are no longer available.
  • You do not possess the technical skill to use the downloaded products.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if you meet the criteria above), email us at support@codegpl.com with the following:

  • Your registered email address
  • Subscription plan and payment method
  • Date and time of transaction
  • Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing Time

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
